The hotel's location was great, clean, and comfortable, just what we needed for our visit, being less than a mile from the Biltmore house. The facility impressed us, being clean with spacious units, perfect for a family of four with a nice kitchen. However, the service had some hiccups but the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The room we had wasn't perfect for our group of four due to the heat not working and the door constantly open, which was a bit inconvenient. Yet, the unit was spacious and suited our needs.

The service was mixed; the staff were accommodating to our questions and always had a smile, but they were reluctant to hold our luggage upon check-out with a full day before our flight.

The location was awesome, easy to get around Asheville and near a grocery store, making it convenient for our stay. Being close to local attractions was a plus.

My stay at the condo was quite mixed. The rooms were very nice and of a great size, but the noise level was surprisingly high for a condo at this price point. Unfortunately, there were people continually walking and running around until late at night, and the mattress was quite hard.

The service went above and beyond to assure our stay was great. The staff was very cordial and helpful in recommending local restaurants. However, there was an issue with the internal mechanism and top of the rate-adjusted, possibly overlooked.

The location was perfect for visiting the Biltmore Estate, dining, and shopping. However, I was disappointed overall, despite the ample space and convenience to national parks.
